Friendly advice and great service To be able to set up my approximately 500 kg heavy aquarium without worry and permanently, I had a metal frame made. The reception in the office was friendly and the consultation with the owner was very informative. In addition to a detailed consultation on the necessary material thickness, I also received modification recommendations for my sketch. Already after two weeks I could pick up my custom-made item and am absolutely satisfied. I thank the Stallmann locksmith for the beautiful eye-catcher in my apartment.

Unfortunately, I had only bad experiences with Mr. Stallmann regarding my balcony project. Although I sent him all the architectural plans and photos of sample balconies by e-mail, together with several questions and a request for a callback, at the instruction of his office, he did not accept it in his written offer. He left many wishes and questions unanswered. I had to ask for a callback several times until he finally called me himself. Before that, he only let me communicate through his office, which ultimately did not help me with my planned balcony project. Then he said on the phone that my balcony project could not be carried out due to the size as seen in my pictures. But he did not need to be very clear about me and to point out to me that it was not a standard offer. We had to make an offer to him, and then he clearly did not have time to work with the client, so we had to make an effort to create something more concrete.

No recommendation from me! I called the office last year, and I was not exactly greeted friendly; I didn't have a big issue, so I think they had no interest in serving me! I was basically brushed off..... When I asked if they would not want to make small stainless steel items, they again just said we have no time for this... They also did not want to give me a later appointment. Therefore, I can give NO RECOMMENDATION!

We have only had good experiences with the company Stallmann. The balconies were built and installed according to our specifications. Appointments were kept, and the installation took place within a few hours. Price/performance is great, other companies wanted almost 1/3 more for the same service!
